Server Scott Heffron has been developing database applications and processes for 20+ years. His initial project was a GIS project that shared data between Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Server. He has created handheld and web-based database applications. He has spent the last years architecting and implementing a health care analytics application using Oracle as the data warehouse and MicroStrategy for client's self-service reporting and analytics.
